





Sumo Salad was developed to meet the needs of health conscious individuals who wanted a convenient alternative to fast food.
In 2003 Luke Bayliss and James Miller opened the first Sumo Salad store in Sydney. The focus of the franchise is fresh salads, and giving customers the flexibility to chose their own ingredients and design a salad to their liking.
The Sumo Salad range also includes delicious wraps, toasties, soups, rolls, hot pastas and healthy snacks.
Now the popularity of Sumo Salad has taken off, and there are numerous locations in Australia as well as internationally.
